I integrate evidence-based techniques with a person-centered approach, adjusting my interventions to meet the specific goals and needs of each client.

Welcome! I offer online therapy for clients who may feel more comfortable attending therapy via their phone/computer. As a marriage and family therapist, I collaborate with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to give my clients the space to process while also helping them reach their goals. I work with clients and their families dealing with a variety of mental health and interpersonal issues. Most common concerns that I work with is anxiety, depression, and communication concerns in a relationship.

I believe counseling is a dynamic process that is different for each individual and family.
