My therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, cognitive processing therapy, conflict resolution and problem-solving, dialectical behavior therapy, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma focused therapy, and communication skills development. The intervention utilized in therapy is adapted to each individual client and their goals for therapy.

We are an outpatient mental health practice located in Ellensburg, WA. We providespsychotherapy, assessment, dietetics, and medication management. We are expanding our telehealth options to reach other rural areas. Our staff includes psychologists, a psychiatric ARNP, licensed mental health counselors, social workers and a registered dietician. Our clinicians are experienced, utilize evidence-based techniques, and offer a wide variety of clinical specialties.
