Dr. Williams is a licensed clinical and assessment psychologist providing individual and family therapy, forensic and diagnostic assessment, and professional life coaching. She helps her clients improve self understanding and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and overcome obstacles that interfere with optimal well being.

I am passionate about working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities and supporting their families as they navigate home, school, and community. I believe strongly that our goal should never be to "cure" the individual with autism or make them fit the world but rather to help them be their most successful self by providing education, support, and accommodations as necessary. I also believe that a one-size-fits-all approach does not work, and each individual and family should be provided with supports that are tailored to them and are evaluated regularly as they grow and develop.

Dr. Hernandez, a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) and Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), specializes in providing mental health services. His focus encompasses Spanish-speaking individuals, veterans, and those struggling with low-income and adverse childhood experiences. As a Mexican immigrant and a veteran of OIF and OEF, he brings unique empathy and understanding to the challenges faced by his clients.

I’m a Child and Adolescent Psychologist with over a decade of experience working alongside youth, families, and young adults to create meaningful changes in their lives. An Indiana native, I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Indianapolis. I have extensive experience providing evaluations and treatment to individuals and families with complex needs. My areas of expertise include mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, emotion regulation, and family conflict. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, college counseling, state hospitalization, and residential care.

I provide individual psychotherapy and psychological testing or psychological evaluation. Common reasons for testing referral include evaluation of conditions such as AD/HD; learning disabilities; or other cognitive, academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns as well as clarification of psychiatric diagnosis or diagnoses. At the conclusion of the evaluation process, I provide written and verbal feedback to the person or agency requesting the evaluation regarding test results, diagnoses, and individualized treatment recommendations based on evaluation findings as well as each person's unique strengths and needs.

My clinical interests have grown from general therapy issues into more niche areas such as couples, anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviors, career, grief, chronic pain, substance abuse, self-injurious behaviors, personality disorders, trauma, and faith-based issues. I have also expanded into psychological testing ranging from personality, differential diagnosis, pre-surgical screening (e.g., spinal cord stimulator implants, bariatric), and cognitive assessments. My experience also includes training medical residents, supervision of masters/doctoral students, consulting, and teaching at a collegiate level.

I am currently accepting therapy referrals for adults (18+) with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. I am accepting referrals for ADHD evaluations of adults (18+). I enjoy helping therapy clients restore their relationship with food and eating, improve their body image, and learn to experience and express underlying emotions in healthy ways. I aim to provide my therapy clients with a safe and supportive space where they will feel comfortable being their authentic selves.

I primarily work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing individual and couples therapy. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can explore your lived experience within the context of identity, culture, and social context. I also conduct pain pump evaluations. I have a passion for working with adolescents (16+) and adults struggling with addiction. I also enjoy working with adolescents and adults presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and personality disorders.
