I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges associated with depression and anxiety disorders as well as substance use disorders; relationship, attachment, and interpersonal challenges; and grief associated with death, chronic illness and significant life changes.

As a wife and a mother of four children, I have gained an understanding of the complexity of family relationships, and I have a passion for helping others to connect.

I am experienced in helping with a variety of issues from: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal relationship issues, and chronic disease (cancer, Long COVID, Ehlers Danlos, Lyme Disease, etc.). I believe a person is a multifaceted mosaic of influences and experiences that brought them to where they are today. My style and modality of therapy is to come along side of you in order to help you uncover the deeper meaning and root causes of your distress without judgment. I offer kindness and warmth in my approach, allowing you to feel at ease and empowered in whatever issues you are facing.

I am passionate about helping couples strengthen their bond and feel comfortable & secure sharing their vulnerabilities with each other. I have been married for over 30 years to a Lieutenant/Paramedic in the fire service, a mother of two grown children, and have more than thirty years of experience working with teens and adults in medical and Christian-based settings. I understand the impact a stressful career and busy lifestyle have on people, their marriages, and their families.

I specialize in un or newly diagnosed Neurodivergent adults understand how Autism, ADHD, and/or cPTSD impacts their daily life. I specialize in working with women as they are often mis-diagnosed, gaslit, and generally have more difficulty navigating neurodivergence in our society. Throughout our work we hold space for the pain and hurt that comes with having invisible disabilities and how you were treated up to this point in your life by society. My name is Nadège, and I am an LPC(OR), and LMHC (WA). My hope for therapy and our collaboration is that you can become more in tune with your thoughts, actions, and emotions. While in therapy, you are in charge, and we will work together to overcome whatever obstacles life has thrown at you. Working together collaboratively but acknowledging that people are the experts of their own life, we will work together to end suffering while building self growth.
