I work primarily with adults and married couples. I am trained in EMDR therapy to help those who have experienced trauma. I have worked extensively with couples in crisis. I also have expertise in working with people coming out of abusive relationships. I have helped clients in developing a sense of identity, boundaries, empowerment, self-care, and holistic well-being. I have helped people work through processes of forgiveness, grief, recovery, and abuse and trauma healing. Clients have expressed that I create a safe place and share practical tools toward change.

I have been a counselor for 12 years. At this point, I only counsel females age 14+. My career has focused on anxiety, depression, self-worth, personal growth and development, adjustment issues, relationship struggles, communication problems, premarital counseling, etc. I have a strong desire to help people walk through their struggles, no matter how deep-rooted or surface level they may be, to help them become their best self.

ANXIETY and Depression are absolutely treatable. I know this from personal and professional experience. Emotional ups and downs make coping difficult, and keeping up a brave face next to impossible. With specialized training in EMDR, CBT, and CPT, the approaches I use target emotional pain, distorted thinking and unproductive behavior, while helping you heal. Whether filled with anxious thoughts, paralyzed by trauma, or the loss of something or someone precious - there is absolutely life after heartache, pain, and disappointment. I'd love to walk this journey with you.

I am focused on providing high-quality counseling services in a comfortable and safe environment where clients can explore their potential & grow in healthy ways. I base my practice on the belief that my clients' needs are of the upmost importance. I will work with you on identifying your emotional, spiritual & physical needs & dicovering healthy ways to meet them. I work with adults & adolescents.
