My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues in children, parent-teen relationships, relationship issues, family conflicts, teenage struggles, life transitions, and unhealthy coping mechanisms with substances.

We all have been shaped by our past experiences but sometimes we don’t know how to move forward. We don’t want to be “stuck in the past,” but we also know we can’t “avoid” our history. I have extensive experience in helping people process their lived experiences, understand how their relationships with themselves and others affects who they are, and approach anxiety, trauma, grief and loss in a manner that gives space for healing.

With a prior background in international PR and business, I specialize in Life, Stress and Relationship Management for Individuals, Couples, and Corporations.

I have experience working with all ages: children, adolescents, young adults, families, and couples; and with those presenting with anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, developmental disorders, and chronic mental illness, among others. I am grounded in psychodynamic therapy, with an emphasis on attachment based interventions and Family Systems. Furthermore, I integrate different therapies (when needed), taking into consideration the complexity of multicultural perspectives that shape our lives, to meet the unique needs of each individual.
