Life has changed beyond expectations. Many of our careers, educational life and values have become unsettled. I am a good fit for highly sensitive people, who amidst this change, are in a life transition such as college disruption, trauma, relationship problems and work issues. The pervasive stress, resulting in depression, confusion, anxiety, OCD, addiction and disruption, will be met with deep listening, reflection and compassion. For those whose minds have been effected by psychedelic drugs, marijuana, childhood trauma or bipolar tendencies, we will work together to create clear, practical strategies for health/recovery.

"How did I get here?" It's a question many of us have asked ourselves in the course of our lives. Sometimes "here" is a frustrating, sad, or even scary place. The question we may ask ourselves is, "How do I get to where I want to be?" Sometimes the answer lies in a place where we can receive nonjudgmental feedback and guidance to help us on our journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Infant Mental Health Expert (IMH-E), and EMDR Certified Therapist (EMDRIA) with a bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College in psychology. I also hold dual master's degrees in clinical psychology from LaSalle University and The New School for Social Research. I'm currently in the final stages of completing my Ph.D. in psychology at Fielding Graduate University. I like to use a variety of therapeutic techniques that focus on empathy and genuineness to make each one of my clients feel supported and heard.

My name is Stephanie Siciliano; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified in Sand Play and EMDR. I provide counseling, trauma informed yoga, sand play, and EMDR to adults, children, and families. I have served the community for 15 years; specializing in trauma and its effect on the human spirit and well being. I graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in 2008 with a BA in Psychology and later received my MSW at Hunter College School of Social Work.

I can rattle on about my 30 years of experience and training and all of that but it’s not what drives my passion and love for this work. I believe in the healing power of relationship itself.
