I am a LCSW, licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of experience and 25 years of social services and ministry outreach, providing individual and family therapy by utilizing a strengths-based, collaborative, holistic approach, allowing me to gain a clearer sense of my clients' mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs and find viable and alternative solutions to reach a more balanced and optimal level of coping and functioning.

In over 20 years of work with individuals and couples, and as a supervisor of other therapists, I have gained experience in working with problems including motivation and attention issues, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, procrastination, addictions and relationship problems. I have an interactive style which draws on cognitive-behavioral theory (CBT), interpersonal and developmental psychology.
