After a life changing event in 2010, I dedicated my career and life to helping others find their peace and build their mental health to new levels. I'm just a down to earth, straight-forward guy that approaches situations with logic and ration! I love working with couples, and people that need a confidence boost!

We offer in-person or telehealth individual, family, and couples therapy for kids, teenagers, and adults. We provide varied approaches, such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, equine therapy, and much more. The following groups are currently open: Teen girls wilderness, self-compassion, art-based therapy, miscarriage, and acudetox drop-in. I enjoy working with a variety of clients. The majority of my experience is Crisis Intervention and Trauma. I enjoy solution focused therapy and believe in empowering my clients to making positive changes in their life. I am trained in EMDR and which I find very successful in treating trauma and PTSD. I have also worked with adolescents in a school setting and youth that are detained. I am excited to offer Auricular Acupuncture to the list of services I can offer. This can help with a variety of symptoms; Anxiety, depression, fear, worry to name a few. Your sessions will be handled with compassion and professionalism.

All-Terrain Behavioral Health Group provides counseling to couples, individuals and teens suffering from Trauma, Relational Conflict, Depression, and Anxiety as well as medication management for children and teens. An alternative to the standard book therapy many may experience, we specialize in real change and see ourselves as collaborators in that process. We also work in personal growth, spiritual crises, family dysfunction, women’s issues, and play therapy. I have enjoyed working in Colorado Springs as a therapist for the past 20+ years with both individuals and group counseling. We all experience emotional pain, physical pain or a combination of the two at different times in our lives. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to establish a collaborative effort with my clients to modify beliefs, assumptions and behaviors with the goal of solving emotional and behavioral problems.
