I believe in providing supportive counseling in a non-judgmental environment in which my clients can reach their full potential. I take an open-minded approach to client wellness and consider the client's work life, family traditions, cultural and spiritual beliefs, and sexual identity. I am confident I can help with any issue and have extensive experience with adults, teenagers and children.

I'm Richard Posalski and I'm licensed in Clinical Social Work as well as Marriage and Family Therapy. I have the background and experience to help people develop skills in accessing their thoughts and emotions, expressing them out loud, and making choices that serve them best. I am a pragmatic, trauma-focused, client-centered therapist who utilizes pivotal questions and thoughtful observations to help people overcome obstacles to becoming happier, more successful individuals.

Hello and welcome to my page. We offer individual therapy for a variety of issues (Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) and assessment testing (Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat) for clients ages 3 and up, which includes psychological, neuropsychological, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, learning disability, mood, career, neurocognitive (after TBI/consussion, stroke, etc.) assessments. As an FYI, actual assessment testing is always done in-person, while intakes and individual/couple therapy can can be completed in person, via telephone or Telehealth. UPDATE - I have resigned from Anthem, Molina and Blue Shield/Magellan insurances. I apologize for the inconvenience.
