My philosophy is to take care of the WHOLE PERSON on my couch or in the comfy chair across from me. I don't just see your "issue" or "problem" — I see you as a full and complete human who is struggling and needs some help. We all need help at times. I act as a sounding board and guide. Not a critic or a savior, but a person and your equal, to help you discover better ways of trying life a bit differently. My clients are highly motivated to invite positive change into their lives, and I thrive off using that energy to help them and YOU achieve ultimate success.

While past events and circumstances can contribute to where we are, they should not define who we are.  I have a strong and diverse background in serving several populations in all age ranges from 10-90 years old.

I enjoy working with individuals, teens, and athletes. I like to work with people whom are willing to look at their entire life balance as part of their treatment plan in counseling. I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to create balance in one's life, which will help manage mental health symptoms they may be experiencing. I feel that if an individual is wanting to make sustainable changes and improve their mental health, it is important to look at the entire lifestyle and not just one area.

Life can be challenging at times. Counseling can help when you're aspiring to make a change or working towards new goals. Clients often come to me after they have struggled to make those changes on their own. I work alongside my clients to help them overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. I feel fortunate to have the experiences that I have had in working with a diverse group of individuals with various stories. I am able to build rapport quickly, making the client feel comfortable, and can assist in guiding the client in meeting their goals. I bring a unique experience as I look at the whole person to explore what all is, or has impacted them. We don't focus on disease management but strive to focus on overall wellness-mind, body, and soul. I enjoy helping clients find passion again in their life and to truly start living life-not just surviving each day. This is only a chapter of your life. Let's write a new one.
