Welcome! My name is Jennifer Wilson and I am a licensed clinical social worker providing quality supportive services. I am motivated to provide quality care to children, adolescents, and adults. I continue to work tirelessly to stay abreast of current trends as an out-patient therapist. I earned my Master's in Social Work at Fayetteville State University with a concentration in mental health and substance abuse. I have experience with working with a variety of addictions including but not limited to: sex, gambling, workaholics, substance abuse, and love/relationship.

Julia Krebs is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who received a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology at Adelphi University. Julia is licensed in NC and NY. Julia has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as structural family systems. Her clinical training and experience working on inpatient psychiatric units has provided her with the skillset to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses with compassion, support, and empathy. She has also been clinically trained in the curriculum development and practice of group therapy.

I specialize in helping you build strong relationships with your partners, work colleagues, and family. I firmly believe that the foundation to building warm, honest relationships is communication, direct but effective communication. I want to work with you when life hurts you and it becomes hard to believe in oneself, I hope I can be a guide to your recovery and growth.

Therapy can help you overcome and cope with a number of challenges. It is my hope that you feel empowered after each session with tools that will last a lifetime. I have 25 yrs as a psychotherapist. Before moving to NC I had a private practice in northern CA and still maintain my license in CA and see clients remotely. Over the years I have broadened my client population to adolescents as well as adults. My specialty is anxiety but I see clients with a range of clinical issues or simply just coping with life events and transitions. Additionally, I am certified to provide clinical supervision to clinicians seeking their LCSW in NC

I provide counseling services to adults, through a collaborative approach, to assist in accomplishing goals established at the beginning of and during the counseling relationship. My theoretical orientation is Integrative: based on a humanistic perspective with Person-Centered theory and Motivational Interviewing as the foundation. Basically, I believe we all have within us the inherent tendency to develop in positive ways, to find meaning, and to become more self-aware. It is my goal to develop a therapeutic relationship that evokes and supports an individuals growth.

Noah has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Salem State University in Massachusetts. His degree included additional coursework and training that enhanced his skills in both mental health counseling and marriage and family counseling. Noah's clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in many different settings. He also completed a certification in Peak Performance at Harvard Medical School. Noah has worked with many student athletes, division 1 athletes, and professional athletes.
