My clients learn to build strength and confidence in themselves working through trauma and healing their inner child. I am also a military veteran and currently serve in the National Guard. I am passionate about working with veterans and their family, and know the struggles they face.

When kids get older however, they sometimes have difficulty expressing themselves effectively, resulting in behavior problems. Behavior is the language of unmet needs. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, families and children.

Lisa enjoys working with families, couples and individuals and uses an eclectic blend of theories to help people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship problems, trauma, communication and family difficulties. Further, Lisa has been intensively trained in CBT and DBT and has significant experience working with at risk adolescents in outpatient settings, as well as juvenile detention system and residential treatment. Lisa completed additional studies and is certified as a grief therapist through PESI.

Shannon is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in working with adults of all ages.
