I love to work with female, male, and LGBTQ professionals who experienced hurtful childhoods or abusive relationships and struggle to let go of the past, feel "like they are not enough", "have to prove their worth", or "settle for less". I love to help clients understand why they continuously attract "the wrong partner" so they can make different choices, move on from hurtful relationships, and attract more suitable partners. I welcome polyamory, kink, and sex-positivity. I enjoy helping clients get past traumatic experiences so they can feel safe in their bodies again and courageous about taking up space in their lives.

The gift of meeting ourselves… in life, we sometimes have to endure extreme stress in difficult circumstances, and we are meant to continue to grow by making meaning and increasing the love in our lives. As an Army Veteran, I feel called to serve the veteran community, as well as others with difficult life experiences. My focus areas include trauma and PTSD, emotional imbalances, self-esteem, grief, and transitions. I draw from my spiritual path as well as personal experiences to connect deeply, and to honor each individual’s journey to healing.
