I'm drawn to restoring equilibrium where it may have been lost, or has yet to be established. I have worked with clients on issues ranging from grief, depression, anxiety, feeling "stuck" or "lost", psychosis, addiction, relationship conflict, life transitions, questions of identity, and intersections thereof. My ideal client is open to engage in self-exploration, and willing to explore a balance between change and acceptance that is right for them.

Shawn’s passion lies in the area of crisis triage, trauma recovery, and addiction. Shawn offers an innovative, triphasic approach to trauma therapy incorporating EMDR and established trauma techniques with a unique connection with community and others. Offering individuals who identify with trauma a community of support and healing, she has introduced hundreds of individuals to healing, belonging and acceptance.
