I am a huge proponent of Ayurvedic naturopathic remedies and use these ancient teachings in my practice on a daily basis. I try to teach my clients and encourage them to be the best versions of themselves for themselves. I also like to remind my clients of their own strengths to help them cultivate the life of their dreams and accomplish the goals we set together within the sessions as a team.
