I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and currently pursuing a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential. I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health with a specialization in Play Therapy from Sam Houston State University. I specialize in trauma treatment with children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a variety of techniques and theoretical orientations, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), child centered play therapy (CCPT), sand tray therapy, and a variety of evidenced based approaches.

She earned her Masters of Science in Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Since graduation, Kacie has worked in various roles working with crisis, case management, and an Integrated Care Program to provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults.

My name is Iesha Anderson. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from Prairie View A&M University. I also attended Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others. I have always had a passion for counseling and helping since the first day I sat in my psychology course during my journey in undergraduate school. My experience in Real Estate, taxes, customer service, and mental health has equipped me with the ability to relate and understand where others are coming from.
