Accepting New Adolescent and Adult Clients! Addressing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can be scary and overwhelming. I am Professional Clinical Counselor with over 30 years experience. I provide Christian and Mental Health counseling for inividuals, couples and families. I listen carefully to my clients and work closely with them to develop treatment plans that are individualized for them. I am a retired military leader, Nurse and Clinical Counselor. I understand Veteran's issues. I am also retired from the Dayton VA as the former Director of Mental Health nursing. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

I utilize child-centered play therapy techniques for children ages 2-11 to address trauma, behavioral issues, and other life stressors. I am dedicated to partnering with teens and adults to help you understand the past does not define you. I am here to provide the support and encouragement needed to take control and make the changes necessary so you are empowered to define your own future!
