With over 30 years experience in the mental health profession, I have my Master's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. For your convenience, I accept clients at my office in Tarentum and Telehealth sessions. I work with adults, couples, children and seniors experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and grief. Therapy will provide opportunities for growth and development in a safe and supportive environment using cognitive therapies as well as hypnotherapy.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Art Therapist and Gestalt Therapist I work to help people find their own inner strength, overcome challenges and improve relationships. I use mindfulness training, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and have completed the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh’s two year training program. My goal is to help you to find your own inner path to healing so that you will always know how to take care of yourself no matter what may come your way.
