My approach to treatment is tailored to fit each person’s specific goals and needs, and I provide a comfortable and safe space for people to express themselves and work through their therapeutic experience.

I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings since 2002. I have experience working with a wide spectrum of problems including those related to trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, marital issues, anger management, addictions, and parenting. For seven years I worked in a residential treatment program where clients were between the ages of 13 and 17, with presenting problems that ranged from Asperger's Disorder to ADHD to Substance Use Disorders. After leaving residential treatment I joined with LifeSTAR of St George and began working with individuals and couples plagued by pornography and sexual compulsion/addiction.

I am passionate about helping others regain their freedom through processing trauma. When I started my own addiction recovery process I had to heal my own traumas and wounds. In 2016 I started the UnashamedUnafraid podcast to be a voice of hope, speaking personally about sexual addiction recovery. Now I work with others to help them experience the freedom of healing. I also enjoy leading groups and individuals through life-changing workshops. My core belief about the healing process is that it comes from within. Everyone already has what they need to heal. Hope is possible for every heart no matter how big the trauma or hopeless.

Living in Vegas, I have had the privilege of being exposed to diverse populations along with alternative lifestyles. I have experience with working in a non-profit setting for almost 8 years now and working with a diverse set of populations including adolescents, family, couples, LGBTQIA, individuals in the entertainment industry and individuals in the justice system/probation/federal and running groups.
