I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings since 2002. I have experience working with a wide spectrum of problems including those related to trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, marital issues, anger management, addictions, and parenting. For seven years I worked in a residential treatment program where clients were between the ages of 13 and 17, with presenting problems that ranged from Asperger's Disorder to ADHD to Substance Use Disorders. After leaving residential treatment I joined with LifeSTAR of St George and began working with individuals and couples plagued by pornography and sexual compulsion/addiction.

Life can be difficult no matter what stage you are in. Sometimes you might feel like you're putting in the most effort without any results. We often need help with learning what direction to go down or how we may be able to pull ourselves out of the pit we are in. I prioritize creating a safe therapeutic relationship in order to heal.

I opened my practice with a focus to help people heal from their traumas. As the practice grew, I shifted my focus into the training and development of an amazing clinical team of therapists. I shared my knowledge and helped them to grow in myriad ways. For a time, I had closed my caseload entirely so I could focus on the development of my team members. I am now opening my caseload again to continue my original passion as a healer.
