I am always honest with my clients, and I truly want the best for each one. I am passionate about people, relationships, and healing. I believe the greatest joy, peace, and happiness we experience in life comes from a deep connection with ourselves and with those we love. There are many reasons we don't experience these connections: trauma, attachment wounds, addictions, lack of modeling, mental health issues, and the inevitable stressors of life. My best work is with children, teenagers, and young adults. Many of my clients come to my office on the account of anxiety, depression, ADHD, racism, and PTSD including religious and sexual trauma. Most of my clients are searching for acceptance, healing, coping strategies and emotional support. I provide a safe emotional space necessary for the healing process and find much fulfillment from my career. I also strive to make therapy exciting and lean into my fun loving and playful side to ensure that therapy is enjoyable for all involved.
