Are you sick of being tired & stuck? Dr. Crockett specializes in assessing Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), and PTSD. She works with clients that have been victims of assault and battery, gaslighting, abandonment issues from childhood, sexual abuse, human trafficking, accidents that cause TBI and PTSD, etc. Dr. Crockett also has been certified from SEAK as an expert witness and is certified to use EMDR. Dr. Crockett's passion is helping people with critical and sensitive issues by assessing their current symptoms providing them with a treatment plan that can help facilitate the beginning steps to their recovery.

I work with individuals, couples/co-parents, and families. I see children in play therapy from three years old and up as well as adolescents. I work with many families going through the difficult family transition of separation/divorce/remarriage/grief. I enjoy working with couples and utilizing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to remind couples to acknowledge, appreciate and respect their differences. I found the MBTI to be especially beneficial to couples considering marriage or long-term commitments.

She completed her internship at the Kentucky Department of Corrections where she focused on the treatment of male and female sex offender treatment. Her experience includes years of forensic and clinical treatment and evaluation in out-patient, in-patient, and correctional settings. Such experiences include: Community Mental Health Clinics, Autism Clinics, County and Psychiatric Hospitals, and state behavioral and social services agencies. Her areas of expertise (all bilingual) include: clinical, criminal forensic, psychosexual, and neuropsychological assessment and treatment.
