My expertise is marriage counseling, I have been practicing Marriage and Family Therapy for over 20 years and have worked with individuals, couples, and families helping them to cope with and overcome various life challenges such as marriage difficulties (including infidelity), adjustment to divorce, teenage struggles, depression, anxiety, sexual addiction, and sexual intimacy issues. I am a patient and understanding individual that will provide non-judgmental, professional clinical guidance. Listening is my greatest strength.

As a therapist group, we focus on restoring balance to daily life. It is our belief that trauma inhibits our ability to function to full capacity. Trauma reactions often create issues such as addiction, avoidance, anger, and panic. We utilize a simple method to reduce trauma reactions to triggers which creates a better balance in life, work, relationships, and self. We offer telehealth on a secure HIPPA-compliant platform for new and existing clients. All paperwork and payments can be performed via the telehealth platform.

I offer what other mental health approaches lack: a focus on spiritual solutions and emotional release. Spiritual solutions have been my preferred intervention for over thirty years, in clients who deal with addictions, chronic depression, personality disorders and more. I prioritize working with leaders, influencers and practitioners to be more effective with others. My training goes beyond the traditional to soul-level discovery work.
