I am not taking on new clients at this time but I have an intern who is. Are you an adult struggling with relationship issues, marriage conflict, anxiety or depression? I am only taking children/adolescents ages 6-18 currently. Children are our future. We are living in tough times right now. I would love the opportunity to work with your child or adolescent and help them navigate their emotions, learn emotion regulation skills, or distress tolerance skills. I think every person could benefit from learning these skills honestly. I want to invest my time into helping children so that they have more tools to handle stress, and to better manage their emotions.
