Danielle is passionate about helping military families and first responders and can relate to many of the trials and tribulations of being a military family who are often under pressure and on the move. I have worked extensively in medical settings, including hospitals and clinics, and my practice has been largely focused upon assisting families with young children as well as expectant parents. I am very familiar with and I try to educate my clients on positive parenting techniques. I have more than 30 years experience in the areas of child and adolescent psychotherapy and school related difficulties. I have trained and worked in different countries and I have helped families from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. I have ample experience working with individuals, teens, young adults and families. I have worked with clients in a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, depression, trauma, anger and transition issues. I integrate CBT, psychodynamic, systemic and humanistic approaches depending on the problems and the personalities of my clients.

I have a big heart and I love to help others. Ever since I was a little girl my mother would tell me that I was going to grow up to help people for a living and it turns out she was right! I'm willing to help whoever needs it but one population in particular that I have a lot of experience with is children and teenagers who have been through trauma. I have always been very passionate about trauma work so much so that I got an extra certification in it!

Our levels of care include prenatal preparation, traditional weekly outpatient visits and Florida's first Mother/Baby Partial Hospitalization Program (an intensive, outpatient day program).
