Through my involvement in the military first and 1st responder community, I understand the unique challenges that 1st responder, military personnel, and their families face.

I work most frequently with service members, military spouses, nurses, doctors, pregnant women, moms, and emergency personnel who may be experiencing any of the following: work stress/changes, relationship issues, divorce, grief and loss, traumatic experiences, military lifestyle challenges, parenting/co-parenting struggles, and women's issues. These situations can make one feel anxious, sad, overwhelmed, angry, stressed, hopeless, or alone, making everyday life tasks even harder. It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help and I look forward to the opportunity to help you feel more like yourself again.

Before these unprecedented times, we all had questions and struggled to find ways to cope and manage life's problems. I retired from active duty right here at Fort Bragg in 2013. I love working with this population and there is no better place to do it. I also work very closely with clients in Ministry, Emergency Services, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Nurses, and Teachers. I work on a sliding scale as well for those who choose or use the self-pay route.

My work focuses on using psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral approaches to assist my clients with a variety of diagnoses.
