I provide both counseling and psychological testing/evaluation to teens and adults. Both services will explore current difficulties in your daily functioning, impact of life events, personality traits, and how your behavior may be influenced by the environment around you. I primarily focus on ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, and ASD for counseling and testing, while exploring differential diagnosis for evaluations as well.

I offer psychotherapy, as well as, psychological evaluations: ADHD, developmental delays, behavior problems, IQ, advanced placement, disability consideration, emotional support animals, etc. I provide therapy for a variety of emotional/behavioral issues for all ages. I have a special interest in toddlers/preschoolers/children with developmental/behavioral/emotional problems and women with depression/anxiety. As children we create beliefs about ourselves and the world around us that are a result of our interactions with our environment, our heredity and, our relationships with others. Everyday we reinforce those beliefs by our assumptions and our interpretation of events, even though those beliefs may no longer be accurate, may cause us pain, and may negatively impact our ability to function at optimum potential. Tish is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky and provides individual therapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology, Tish continued her education at Lindsey Wilson College and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling. Tish has worked in the mental health field for 25 years and has been a licensed practitioner for 22 of those years. She has experience with individuals who are dually diagnosed and has a long history of working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events.

As a Licensed Therapist, I have gained a wide range of experience working with children, teens and adults. My experience includes working in homes, schools and in outpatient settings. I have experience working with children and adults from all diversities, assisting each individual and their family work towards meeting their treatment goals. I have training and experience helping individuals address an array of concerns, but primarily focus on assisting children, adolescents, and teens cope with a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma and mood related disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, nutrition, and self esteem.
