Waybridge Counseling is a group practice of specialists who provide treatment for a variety of concerns. Our specialists work in teams and this is a critical element of our success. Each team meets regularly for ongoing training and consultation in the team's specialty. We believe that this significantly increases the quality of counseling we offer.

With our world increasingly changing every day, feelings of ‘uncertainty’ are constantly on the rise. Often, we can find it difficult to consistently meet the challenges and demands of our given lifestyle. But add to this that we are frequently taken to task by a ‘surprise unknown’ or two: Lost jobs. Lost relationships. Health issues. Even a lost childhood pulling at you. Maybe all of the above, and then some! Of course, each of us tries to meet these unknowns to the best of our ability. And at times even our absolute best efforts won’t get us back on course.

My work with clients has included addressing depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity concerns as well as the social/emotional challenges that accompany ADHD, Autism and other disabilities. As a self avowed ‘nerd therapist’ with ADHD myself, I am passionate about working with fellow nerds, outcasts, artists or creatives who may feel out of sync with a mainstream approach. I am particularly adept at assisting clients in identifying their strengths and talents and applying them toward career, educational and other life goals. I am sex positive and endeavor to be an ally to LGBTQ+, poly and kink communities.

I believe that every individual, couple or family is unique and deserving of dignity, respect and the right to define happiness and fulfillment in the ways most meaningful to them. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I work with people suffering from the symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, poor self-esteem, grief and loss, family and relationship issues among other things. I have years of experience in working with school-aged children to address school issues and behavioral problems, including those diagnosed with ADHD. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, although everyone is welcome in my practice!
