I am a Licensed Clinical/Certified Social worker and licensed to practice in the states of Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. I love direct clinical practice and have missed providing clients with assistance on their journey to wellness and happiness. Having gone through several life transitions along the way, I love guiding others through that process as well. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples and have experience working with all populations including veterans and active duty service members.

My passion is helping children and families work through problems and issues that disrupt positive relationships. Each day we take a walk on our own personal journey through life. Our journeys will take many different paths, twists and turns we will have to navigate. Sometimes we can navigate the journeys by ourselves and at others we may need someone to walk beside us. I have walked with people of all ages, from age 3-adulthood on their journeys since 2004. Up to this point my personal journey has been working with agencies, but now I have decided to take my own journey into a private practice setting.

Life and relationships are hard. We often try to manage it on our own, but sometimes it becomes too much to bear. Our thoughts become distorted and we enter into unhealthy cycles of behavior trying to survive.
