Hello! I'm Cindy Stanford and I'm a holistic practitioner, life coach and licensed therapist. Honoring all spiritual practices and beliefs I utilize the sacred wisdom of the mind, body, spirit and heart to ignite life/spirit resuscitation. I facilitate the process of transformation through spirituality -focused services, psychotherapy, life coaching, consulting and mentoring. My counseling theories most often practiced include solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, family systems, and client-centered. However, techniques used are drawn from different counseling perspectives in order to meet the clients' individual needs and strengths. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 15 years of experience, in the field of Social Work. I've been in private practice as a licensed professional since 2015. I have experience working with children and families with a range of mental health disorders. Throughout my career I have had experience with facilitating substance abuse groups with adolescents and adults as well as administering individual assessments and SASSI-A2.

I have an array of hands-on experience from initially beginning in healthcare and later transitioning into mental health. I received a master's degree in Marriage and Family in 2013 and a master's degree in Professional Counseling in 2015. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, mood instability, and substance abuse.
