Kayla Ennett, PsyD, LMHC, is a licensed therapist living in Colorado who is very motivated and excited to work with the residents of Hawaii via TeleHealth therapy. Kayla has an eclectic experience with counseling. She started off as a college career counselor and then moved on to school counseling. Later in her career, she began doing therapy with inmates at a state prison then veterans and their families on post. She currently focuses on working with clients and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, LGBTQ+, and concerns related to intimacy and sex.

The path towards healing can be scary. Being vulnerable and honest with ourselves and with others can feel risky. However, this is a path that is rich and rewarding for the brave and courageous souls who are willing to embark on such a journey! Tyra S. Gardner is a Psychotherapist and CEO of At A Moments Notice, LLC. Tyra is a passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of mental health, who divides her time between clinical practice, training and business consulting. In her clinical practice, she delivers cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based treatments to adults and adolescent clients with a range of emotional behavioral and adjustment problems including anger management, anxiety, stress, depression and relationship issues.

My work focuses on illuminating my clients' strengths and helping them to access their inner emotional and spiritual wisdom, while also acknowledging and challenging the patterns of thought, communication and behavior - fueled by self-sabotaging stories - that may have been keeping them from reaching their natural state of health, happiness and success.

It has been my experience that an important component of successful therapy is the therapeutic relationship that gets formed. I enjoy working with most people, and find that I am effective to the extent that a safe and trusting space can be created where my client is able to communicate whatever they need to without fear of judgement. I have also found that I am not able to be of any help at all, unless my client is invested in their healing process, willing to do the work that's involved, and is not looking for their therapist to tell them what to do.

Her goal is to create a safe environment for you to process past or current difficulties, stressors or traumas. Grace has a background working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, attachment disorders, personality disorders, and have experienced abuse or neglect.

As a couples relationship counselor I have training working with couples who are severely distressed and are looking to find love and connection again. I treat a wide variety of concerns; infidelity, miscommunication, financial problems, depression, anxiety, aging, growing apart, and parenting teens. Many of these issues can leave relationships feeling hopeless. However restoration, healing and a future are possible. I also have extended training working with families, and individuals. As a systems therapist I focus treatment on what is causing the problem. Wholeness in relationships and for the individual is a goal I have for all of my clients.

Aloha, I am a Couples and Family Therapist. My approach emphasizes the importance of working with a couple and family as a system that influence one another. To restructure healthy relationships, I use therapies that promote positive interactions between individuals. My methods include trans-generational, structural family therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and Gottman Therapy. I use exercises such as enactments to help clients set new appropriate boundaries, build love maps to improve interactions and establish loving communication.
