I have and continue to successfully assist many individuals, youth and elderly, couples and families who are courageous enough to seek professional therapeutic counseling services. In my experience, I have learned that life will inevitably bring changes. Some of which are hard to cope with and endure. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience working with children, families, groups, and adults. I earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Studio Art from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. I have experience working with military families and also the LGBQT community. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My goal is to help clients develop adaptive coping skills, and improve their quality of life by helping them feel empowered, understood and accepted.
