I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing a wide variety of challenges and are seeking change. I have a vast amount of experience working in various settings such as, community mental health centers, various government agencies, non-profits, and private practice settings.

Counseling and mental health are huge passions of mine. In order to help ourselves on our wellness journey, sometimes we need additional support. I provide consistent empathy, understanding, and open ears to those who feel in need of a boost. I am there to provide a safe space for my clients where they can freely be themselves and work through any challenges they may be having.

I have been working in this field for over twenty two years, and I truly enjoy helping people to improve their lives. I assess the needs of the individual, couple, and/or family, and work with them in a creative way to guide and support a person's committment for change. Everyone has different challenges in their life, and at times it is difficult to manage those transitions individually. I encourage clients to improve communication, rebuild healthy relationships, and increase a person's coping skills after they experienced a life changing event or transition.
