I attended Harding University and graduated with my B.A. in Psychology and my M.S. in Counseling. I have 24 years of experience in the mental health field. I primarily treat adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety, trama, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, bipolar disorder, and personality disorder. I believe that every client I treat deserves respect and has the ability to empower themselves to meet their individual life goals. I love what I do and I appreciate every client who walks through my door. I have a specialization in grief therapy and trauma.

I live and work in the River Valley. Formerly a safety engineer in Chicago, I later trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist in The Canadian Rockies. I’ve been practicing for over 14 years and provide a Christ-centered approach to therapy. I have over 8000 hours of experience with youth issues. I enjoy working with couples and families, helping people fall in love again. I have helped many people work through loss, trauma and, also trained in and advanced trauma techniques using EMDR therapy. I have seen many clients with sexual issues. I have experience working with children and adults with autism and dyslexia.

Hey there! So often the emotions that come with life's challenges are too much to navigate on our own. I'm here to be a companion and guide. I have seen a spectrum of clients from different backgrounds and stages of life. Some common issues I work with are anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma recovery (specifically abuse) relationship issues, and body image challenges. I have worked with individuals ranging in age, parents and teens, and couples. I have openings for weekly clients and intensives. Intensives are custom made to fit your needs. We can set up a half-day, full-day, or multiple days, depending on your goals.

Brad Sublette, MBA, LCSW is a Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arkansas. He specializes in Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Sexual Trauma. He has experience with Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling, Family Therapy and Career Counseling. Brad has a diverse clinical background, working with acute, chronic and severe mental illness in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. He has also worked as a school based mental health therapist. He has experience working with adolescents, adults and military veterans; addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Joshua "Josh" Duncan, is a Mental Health & Relationship Therapist, that provides individual and relational therapy services to clients ranging in ages from children, and teenagers to adults.
