Hello! My name is Steve Duff and I am excited to begin this journey with you. I previously worked in the community mental health setting and gained a deeper understanding of mental health disorders, especially in the area of trauma. I was fortunate enough to work with clients from different backgrounds and gain experience in the treatment of various mental health disorders. It was through this experience that I became passionate about working with individuals that have experienced trauma. I believe that I am different than most therapists, as I am real. I am a human being first and foremost, before a therapist.

Trust is the key ingredient to counseling and I know that often the hardest part is asking for help. My goal is to empower people, focusing on strengths to achieve full potential and wellness. I have over 17 years of experience counseling and am a LPCC and LPATA, earning my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UK in 2002 and my Master's degree in Counseling with concentration in Art Therapy from UofL in 2005.

Amy has over 20 years of experience in the social work field, over 15 years in Clinical Christian Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor. She enjoys helping clients of all ages reach their goals in a safe, encouraging environment. Amy offers counseling services to children, families, adults, and couples, employing evidence-based counseling modalities such as Temperament Counseling, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy in her sessions.

Dayne is a native of Paducah, Kentucky and has been practicing locally for nineteen years. He earned his master's degree in clinical psychology from Murray State University and is licensed as a Psychological Practitioner. Dayne works with clients using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to treat depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, adjustment disorders, and issues related to foster care placement and adoption.

I provide ethical, moral and compassionate holistic healing by delivering multi-faceted services that can help guide others to a better understanding of who they are. It is my goal to provide my clients with the respect, honor, and support they deserve. I utilize traditional and non traditional forms of psychotherapy to individualize each clients treatment goals.

I support teens, adults, and couples in uncovering and understanding their emotions. I want my clients to be able to take action to be a better partner, parent or person.
