I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing counseling to individuals and couples. My approach to therapy is based on the belief that the safety of the therapeutic relationship provides an environment in which awareness develops, growth happens, and solutions are created. I use a positive, strengths-based approach, employing skills based on individual needs of clients. My clinical experience includes working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, gender identity issues, sexual orientation issues, child and adolescent behavioral struggles, co-parenting, divorce, life transitions and grief.

My name is Judy Jepson-Hebert and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in New Hampshire and Maine. And I see couples online -- benefits are (1) partners don't have to travel to see me, (2) it's safe and private, (3) partners enter and participate in our sessions on separate devices in separate locations so each has some "space" to think clearly and reflect on what is going on, and (4) when our sessions end, partners are already back home, or still at the office, etc. The couple has saved a significant amount of time "coming and going."
