FNBC offers online counseling for women ages 21 and older dealing with anxiety and depression. (Spanish/English) We provide group and individual therapy sessions. Supporting and creating resources for the women in our community is the purpose of the creation of our practice. Most of my experience comes from working in the areas of trauma, especially trauma from both sexual abuse, assault, and military related PTSD.
