In my practice, I utilize client-centered, integrative and holistic techniques to aid in helping persons obtain their maximum potential in their life and their relationships.

I am a trained trauma therapist specializing in children, adolescents, adults and families with trauma. My counseling expertise includes those who have behavioral, emotional and/or life functioning issues related to a difficult life events and or mental illness. I enjoy supporting my clients as they reach the best version of themselves, so that they can live life to the fullest. I also have experience supporting trauma for first responders, veterans, and other professionals.

My ideal client would be someone who is going through a life change and relationship difficulties and would need guidance and support. I am most interested in working with older adults, adults, and teenagers, but am open to working with younger children as well. Clients can have a range of presenting problems such as depression, anxiety, and relationship and family conflict, among other things. The client would need to be motivated for change, emotional validation, willingness to be challenged, and wanting to gain more insight about themselves.

I offer help and hope as a parent coach for support and direction in enhancing your skills, or the deeper assistance of therapy for trauma-affected children. I help to clarify trauma's developmental impact and effect on the danger response system, attachment, self-regulation, and competency. I encourage attachment by helping you and your child with attunement, attentiveness, emotion control, consistency, and using routines and rituals. I help parents understand and deal with extreme behaviors, such as lying, stealing, food-hoarding, self-mutilation, and aggression.

Jason has worked alongside his clients as they deal with the complexities of life’s challenges, including attention and emotional or behavior issues in children, the struggles of identity and maturity of adolescence, and the myriad of issues facing adults, such as relationship and communication issues, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

I provide therapeutic services for children and teens. I have worked at alternative schools, inpatient hospitals, and residential treatment facilities. I am a staunch advocate for youth, and have extensive knowledge of psychiatric medication for children and teens. I am comfortable working with a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I utilize sensory integration therapy to help children self-sooth and enhance their independence. I enjoy working with children and families in crisis. I also work with young adults and college students.

Hello! I am currently offering office sessions, Telehealth and phone sessions to people during this time of renormalizing life. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling & a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. I recently completed a program focusing on nutritional consulting with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I work with people of all ages and I truly enjoy the process of therapy. Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of neurodivergent, unique learners of all ages who have been struggling and suffering in interpersonal relationships, in the workplace, in schooling and at home.
