In addition to my other extensive qualifications and training, I am licensed through NY State with Psychotherapy privilege. Specifically, I have over 30 years experience as a Psychotherapist and Board Certified Diplomate, working with individuals, couples and families in Rockland County, with an office in Nyack, NY. I treat clients dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, divorce, post traumatic stress disorder, obesity and eating disorders. In addition, I also provide marital counseling and life coaching.

My therapeutic treatment is an individual personalized plan (IPP) that starts by assessing client’s expectations and goals and progresses into a tailor-made treatment. I have spent 50 years in the treatment fields of alcoholism, drug addiction and mental illness. I have been in private practice since 1977 providing individual and couples therapy for adults. I have taught in six colleges and two medical schools and am the author of three books and the editor of another. I am a founding member of the non-profit Emergency Assist Team of Rockland County.
