If I am not accepting new clients, as a free courtesy, I will offer help in finding someone that is a good fit for you. I believe in supporting and guiding clients to find their own answers, using a holistic, supportive, and integrated approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Through personal growth and development, we can learn to change our destiny and replenish our positive energy. It is finding our own inner strengths; the power to find our own answers and to rid ourselves of negative self-talk so that we can be at peace with the decisions we make, without unwelcome influence and/or advice.

I have several years of experience working with mental and behavioral health. I have helped individuals and couples recover from trauma related to physical, sexual, verbal, and emotional abuse. Trauma can manifest itself in several ways, including relationship and professional issues, allowing the inability to live in peace and harmony. It can also manifest body image, self-sabotage, and a lack of self-confidence. I use Brain Spotting (BSP), Collaborative, and Structural Therapy. Partners in Change provides individual, couples, family, and group therapies to all ages.
