I have particular strengths in supporting individuals in management of anxiety, stress, and depression as well as chronic medical conditions such as cancer. My therapeutic approach includes person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based therapy, with a particular emphasis on mindfulness. Through calm observation and awareness, I strive to cultivate a therapeutic space that is inclusive, curious, compassionate and healing.

I desire to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and accepting and develop with my clients a collaborative therapeutic relationship. My primary goal is to come alongside the client and assist in managing issues that can cause one to feel stuck, overwhelmed or paralyzed while helping clients to move toward a more effective and rewarding life. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral, brief and solution focused therapies and techniques among other tools to develop an integrative approach that is tailored to each client individually. I also do work with engaged, dating and married couples using as customized couples assessment.

I am currently accepting new clients. I work with individual adults whose goals are to enhance the quality of their lives through counseling. I provide only telehealth counseling, which consists of both audio and visual communication in real time via either a client's computer or smart phone. Telehealth counseling provides access for people who are limited on time or do not want to travel to obtain counseling.
