As a clinician, it is important to create a brave space, meeting them where they are, and using a relational approach with all my clients. It is imperative to help my clients understand why they do what they do and identify those negative mindsets that came from life experiences that have caused them to remain stuck. Then, providing them with the tools to help them discover their truth, healing from their past wounds, walking in their freedom, so they can begin to rewrite their story.

Graduating from Loyola University with a Master's degree in Theology and Marriage and Family, I focus on individuals impacted by addiction, infidelity, relational crisis and trauma. I have been a Program Director in a jail offering substance abuse treatment and a CEO and Clinical Director of a domestic violence center. As a federal government researcher, I developed an addiction curriculum used in treatment centers across the country and have been a featured therapist on the Oprah Network.
