For All Seasons is the only non-profit Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center serving the five counties of Maryland’s Mid Shore. For All Seasons behavioral health team includes trauma-certified therapists and psychiatrists who collaborate with other community partners and health professionals in order to provide the highest quality care. Services include individual and group therapy, general, child and adolescent therapy, marriage and couples’ counseling, grief counseling, school-based mental health therapy, urgent care services, rape crisis response, rape crisis counseling and support, 24-Hour English and Spanish Hotlines, and education and outreach programming. Therapists use interpreters to provide services to Spanish speaking individuals and families.

I provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, adults and couples. I welcome divorced and single parents, blended families and people of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. My passion and area of expertise involves assisting with relationship issues, grief, and trauma. As a licensed clinical professional counselor with a broad range of knowledge and experience of over 20 years in both the mental health and substance abuse fields, it's important to meet the client "where they are," emotionally, spritually, and psychologically. My approach to counseling is cognitive behavioral targeted towards empowerment of the client, changing negative thinking patterns and identifying client strengths to bring positive life altering changes. Other modalities of treatment are utilized as necessary, tailored to client needs. I work with individuals, families, couples, and veterans. My style is nonjudgmental with a high degree of respect, warmth and support.

I am a private practice located on a farm which provides a unique and private therapy experience. Getting out of the city may help you to relax and focus in a calm natural environment. I specialize in substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is to help build skills and knowledge to allow you to take charge of your treatment and life. I utilize a variety of therapies such as CBT, ACT, Motiv. Int., Equine, and Mindfulness. I do not have an agenda, I will listen to your needs and goals and create a plan with you to achieve them.
