We have 9 therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who provide counseling for almost any emotional/mental/spiritual challenge people face in today's culture. We have therapists on most major insurance and EAP panels and also work with private pay clients as well.

I have over nine years of experience in the field of mental health and chemical dependency, and currently operate a private counseling practice exclusively online near Dallas, Texas. I primarily work with young adults and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, career issues, relationship and marriage problems, and other life challenges. I also offer consulting services for business professionals.

Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services. Theoretical approaches to providing care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic Psychotherapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Houston – Clear Lake, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Whoop! Much of my experience has included treating adults struggling with complex PTSD, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, addiction, adult ADHD, and depression. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I graduated with a MS in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Throughout my career I have had experience in working with clients who have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, dissociative identity disorder, schizoaffective disorder, gender/identity struggles, life adjustment stressors, grief, phobias, and PTSD/trauma. I am trained to treat clients with PTSD and trauma through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).

I am a hard-working, goal oriented but wild-hearted therapist and clinic manager. Prior to joining Ellie she worked in inpatient crisis facility addressing Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Trauma and Severe Mental Illness.
