I am an educational therapist in private practice serving the lifespan regarding challenges associated with learning, transition, vocation, addictions, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, relationships, spirituality, symptomology management, school culture and more. I specialize in supporting the learning of people with disabilities and major mental illness. I also offer contracted services to school districts and individual schools regarding Mindful Schools/Learning; Polyvegal Theory and Behavioral/Emotional Regulation; Adolescent Suicide Assessment, Prevention, and Intervention.

I believe we all face challenges and obstacles at some point in our lives and that working through these challenges helps us grow. As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I have more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and couples who are searching for growth and change.
