I specialize in treating adults and adolescents 15+ struggling with depression, anxiety, survivors of trauma, and other common mental health concerns with a special emphasis on trauma treatment resulting from personal injury, for first responders, and for military personnel.

Whether it be struggles with infertility, pregnancy loss or emotional struggles that begin after the baby is born, I work with women or couples to better cope with these issues.

I help older teens and adults reprocess and distance the pains of past hurts and traumas. Clients who engage in therapy with me are tired of big emotions jumbling up their life and are tired of memories stealing their precious moments of time. Clients are able to reprocess painful and traumatic memories and start living life again without the sting of those troubling memories.

I specialize in children and adolescent therapy for young people aged 6 to 17 years old. My focus is helping children, pre-teens, and teens understand themselves in this BIG world. The caregivers I work with have all sorts of questions such as: “why does my child act this way?”, or “why do they react like this?”. Maybe feeling stuck or like a “bad parent”. Some children may experience events and/or ongoing hardships in their lives that impact their ability to cope. My mission is to help kiddos and families move forward in life with a sense of safety, connection, and empowerment to live a fulfilled life.
