Touchstone was founded in 2005 by Dr. Cindy Baker. Her dream was to create a place that any member of the community could turn to without fear of stigma or ridicule by creating a safe setting and discreet healing environment. Telehealth permits our team to work with all Missouri residents with their counseling needs. We offer executive coaching, life coaching, community talks, workshops and seminars, anger management, court-ordered services, parenting education. Dr. Baker is offering a Mental Health Urgent Care model in her practice for extreme traumatic needs to reduce wait time for a session.

I love that my profession allows me to connect with a wide array of people. I work with individuals ranging from late adolescence to late adulthood. I also provide family sessions for my clients, as needed. Hearing people's experiences throughout my time as a counselor has shown me how resilient people can be, and it's truly inspiring. I enjoy working with motivated clients who are ready and willing to make changes and break out of unhealthy patterns.

My name is Jenn Sullivan-Cox and my ideal client is someone who wants to be their most authentic self. Clients who are ready to start down the road of living the life they want can take it at their own pace with me. I provide support and guidance as we navigate your journey together.

Finding "Calm in Chaos" is an overarching theme in my counseling practice, my court appointed high conflict co-parenting sessions, expert witness testimony in family, civil, and federal court cases, as well as in my executive and life coaching practice. Conflict is prevalent today in our personal and professional lives. With so much uncertainty I found it imperative to develop a 'Mental Health Urgent Care' counseling model. In a quest to immediately address unexpected trauma, I offer sessions three days per week rooted in a medical triage model. This permits those with critical needs to not have to wait months for a session.

The Authentic Men’s Group (AMG) — a non profit organization devoted to making men’s mental health and personal growth a priority. AMG is passionate about creating a guilt free environment for all men. Through group coaching and by promoting 100% authenticity and self acceptance men get to know and experience that they are not alone, a good man and enough. Each coach and group is devoted to listening to not only what is said— but the truths rooted beneath those words. Those truths are then explored and applied to every day life and circumstances.

I help teens, individuals, and families in the areas of depression, grief, anxiety, guilt and family systems. I primarily focus my work with minority populations including the LGBTQ+ community as well as cultural and ethnic minorities; however, I do not work exclusively with minorities, and any prospective client is welcome to inquire. In our work, I like going beyond being an informed and accepting therapist; it's important to me to embrace your uniqueness, respect your journey, and celebrate your success. My clients report that I challenge them and introduce new perspectives resulting in a greater sense of healing.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and healing environment for my clients. I believe that through unconditional positive regard, connection, and compassion individuals are able to learn more about themselves. In doing so they can find solutions, strengthen inner peace, and work towards personal goals. My treatment approach as a therapist is tailored to each client to incorporate techniques and methodologies that are most helpful to each individual.
