I offer one-on-one psychotherapy with adults who wish to suffer less. As Haruki Murakami wrote, “Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.” I am an integrative therapist, drawing from various traditions to provide patients a unique, tailored therapeutic experience, generally working in a humanistic and contemplative framework. I treat a variety of conditions; please inquire about specific needs. Areas of specialty include trauma/PTSD (including chronic/complex trauma), grief/loss, mindfulness/meditation, support for chronic illness, relational issues, and dynamics related to narcissistic/borderline/personality disorders.

Vicki Ruscitti is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor, who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Vicki believes in a holistic treatment approach to address healing and recovery. She utilizes EMDR and mindfulness along with other treatment approaches that best fit each individuals' unique needs. She is also bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural and is passionate about addressing generational and cultural issues.

My name is Erin Thomas and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Northern Colorado. In therapy, every client is different and has differing needs for the healing process to occur. I love working with a diversity of clients, from young adults to senior adults. People enter therapy for a variety of reasons; usually, a common factor is that they want some kind of growth, change, or relief from emotional pain. I enjoy working with clients who are willing to engage in the therapeutic process with as much commitment and honesty as they can. From there, we can clarify goals, glean important information from our own therapeutic relationship, and enjoy this deeply human process of questioning and relating with each other.

My passion is working alongside trauma survivors of all ages as they heal, understand previously learned patterns, and rewrite new ones. It's important to me that you feel seen and in control on your healing journey. I do this through a collaborative approach to exploring the feelings in your body as well as the thoughts in your mind.

I am passionate about creating a safe space to allow vulnerability and openness, which help facilitate growth and change for my clients. I enjoy working with individuals age 10 and up, and also enjoy working with couples and families. I am experienced with working with a wide range of presenting problems including (but not limited to!) trauma, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, chronic illnesses, grief and loss, couples and family issues. Stephanie is a licensed professional counselor who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from Naropa University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with adults age 18+ in individual therapy. Stephanie's professional area of interest lies in working with people who have undergone various types of relationship trauma. In particular, she loves supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She also has experience working with substance abuse. At the core, her therapeutic style is client-centered and strengths-based.

Christine Mangum is a mental health counselor who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from Capella University with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Christine believes that understanding yourself on a deep level enables you to see the path to improved living and more positive emotions while being patient with the negative emotions. Her main areas of focus include trauma and anxiety.
