In addition, I have extensive training in attachment-based and experiential therapies (Emotionally Focused Therapy and AEDP) and trauma therapy (EMDR).

I then went on to earn a MS in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I spent four years working in mental health in varying capacities before completing a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.
